How can I change the flavor?

From the account page simply click "MANAGE ACCOUNT" and then select "Subscriptions" in the menu on the left.

In the subscriptions menu, you will see an option at the bottom to "Swap Product" where you'll be able to select a new flavor.

When will my order ship?

Orders will be shipped based on the date your subscription started and the frequency you selected for delivery.

For example, if you made the original purchase on July 24th and have the delivery schedule set for every 30 days, then your next Phocus order will be shipped on August 23rd.

How can I skip a delivery?

From the account page simply click "MANAGE ACCOUNT" and then select "Delivery Schedule" in the menu on the left.

In the delivery schedule menu, you will see an option to skip the next order in your delivery queue.

How can I edit my order date or prompt a delivery now?

Your delivery date is set by the date your payment method is charged. So, in order to adjust this you will need to change your next charge date.

You can do this by going to the account page and click "MANAGE ACCOUNT". Next, select "Subscriptions" in the menu on the left.

In the subscription menu, you will see an option for "Change next charge date" that will allow you to update your preferences. The new date you select will be the date that your shipment is prompted. For example, if you're currently out of Phocus and want to initiate a shipment today, simply change the date to today's date.

How can I adjust my subscription frequency?

From the account page simply click "MANAGE ACCOUNT" and then select "Subscriptions" in the menu on the left.

In the subscription menu, you will see an option for "Change delivery schedule" that will allow you to update your preferences.

How can I adjust the quantity delivered in my subscription?

From the account page simply click "MANAGE ACCOUNT" and then select "Subscriptions" in the menu on the left.

In the subscription menu, you will see an option for "Change product quantity" that will allow you to update your preferences.
